5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by joyawin are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after placing bets. Any User found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently closed and outstanding debts pursued.

All content on the joyawin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, source code, interface designs, and documentation — is the property of joyawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The joyawin name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of joyawin.

7.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joyawin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from joyawin;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;

7.2 Game Content
